I am so thankful for Patrick called early Monday morning heater hadn’t been working since the night before he came out within hours and found the problem was I need a replacement part he went above and beyond to get my heater fixed the same day. Will definitely be using Patrick to regularly service our units. He was very professional quick and thorough. Would 10/10 recommend.

We thought our heater needed to be replaced. The only thing wrong was the thermostat so we were excited, thank you, Patrick at exclusive.

They came out and repaired my system in no time after other companies said I needed to replace my unit thank you and we will use you for all of the heating and air conditioning needs.

Wonderful service. Thought I had a broken water heater, and Patrick replaced my tank and thermostat and saved me hundreds! VERY professional, booked me into his schedule, and came over 30 minutes later. A literal lifesaver to have warm water during the winter. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again!!

Incredible experience! I called and he was here within an hour! He explained to me exactly what the problem was and had all the parts to fix it. A little pricey BUT it’s worth it to have the problem fixed correctly and fast. He was in and out in an hour and had my AC working perfectly! I will absolutely call Patrick for anything else we need! He said he does plumbing and electrical too. What a great find!

I called Exclusive Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning Repair early in the morning as they said they were open at 7 am. No other company who had their business hours listed that they opened at 7 am would answer their phones. I received great customer service over the phone and they scheduled to be at my mother’s house within a couple of hours. My mom was extremely happy with the person who arrived and he made sure her heater worked that day since it was so cold. He had to leave to find a part but was back in a timely manner and had it fixed in no time. My mom said she felt he was honest and made her feel comfortable and would use their service again with no hesitation. Thanks for taking care of my mom!
